The survey questionnaire- (Each question will have options like- Strongly disagree, disagree undecided, agree, strongly agree) 1. Do you believe in the concept of professional development? 2. Professional development should be lifelong? 3. Only adults who have reached a certain age must engage in Professional development sessions. 4. It is necessary to explain to people why professional development is needed? 5. Professional development is matter of shame? 6. Adult learners must be given the independence to select topics. 7. Personal development should also be included in professional development. 8. There should be comprehensive and continuous evaluation after the Professional development exercises. Give a qualitative feedback in 5 sentences, expressing the things that you liked the most and liked the least about the whole thing? Well, I am not very adept technologically so I could not end up creating an electronic survey. a) The topics that I have suggested are very common and pertains to almost every school and district. The topic is about learning and sharing learning in the best possible manner. It is very important to focus on the needs and then deliver the necessary learning process to make sure that adult learning and professional development happen in sync. b)
